A Parliamentary Committee is a committtee composed of a few selected Members of Parliament to review in-depth Bills and also enquire into other important issues referred to the Committee by Parliament. Parliamentary committee are sometimes referred to as units of organizations or "engine rooms" in Parliament. There are different types of Parliamentary Committees. The composition of Parliamentary Committees is often in accordance with the Standing Orders of Parliament.
