The Poverty Reduction Committee reviewed the 2004 & the 2005 Annual Progress Reports of the GPRS. June 22-24, 2007. The meeting was organized by the Parliamentary Centre in partnership with Ghana Parliament.

The Poverty Reduction Committee met with Six key Ministries to discuss their 2007 budget allocations and planned programs to make certain that they have links to priorities in the GPRSII . Other issues  discussed related to poverty reduction dimension of  planned MDA activities under the Millennium Challenge Account.

In Partnership with the Ghana Parliament, the GPCSP II supported a Study Visit by representatives of the Poverty Reduction Committee to  Tanzania from  are 14th to 23nd October 2006.
