Special Committee on the GPRS

The Special Committee on the Ghana Poverty Reduction Strategy in the fourth parliament of the fourth republic of Ghana, 20 member committee, is the second to be set up solely to liaise with all stakeholders and implementing agencies to ensure progress with Ghana’s poverty reduction efforts. The first special committee was set up in the third Parliament on June 2003; it was an 11 member committee. The committee provides oversight and advisory roles in the formulation implementation monitoring and evaluation of the Ghana poverty reduction strategy. |
